| 摘 要： | 农广校要自觉担当起农民科技培训的历史重任,把农广校办成农民可信任的培训机构;将农民培训工作与政府工作紧密结合,将转变农民思想观念教育与专业技术培训相结合,将农民培训与就近、就地就业培训相结合,注重培训实效,加强教师队伍建设,不断提高农民科技培训的水平。
