| 摘 要： | 要做好法制节目,记者需具备多方面的意识和必备的素质,首先应该具备法律意识,到位而不越位,在角色定位上也要做到公正、中立、客观、全面。与此同时,还应具备导向意识、现场意识,在记者及节目采编上也要广涵人文精神、创新精神,使法制节目从约束人到教化人、培育人的方向转变,从而整体提升电视媒介及记者正确引导大众、同化社会的积极作用。
