| 摘 要： | 根据招生模式、目标定位以及人才培养过程的不同,“教育移民”办学模式可分为短训定向、区际招生、联合办学三种转移模式。随着国家对区域教育联动发展政策支持力度的加大,以“区际联合办学、学生异地求学、毕业生异地就业”为核心的联合办学模式将显示出旺盛的生命力。“教育移民”办学模式的和谐运作,应从打通区际招生链切入,通过理顺人才培养链、拓展实习就业链来实现。
