| 摘 要： | 分析了高校科技产业所面临的融资困境，结合民间投资启动难的现实及民间资本进入高校科技产业的意义。提出应积极引导民间资本进入高校科技产业，并从制定相关优惠政策、加大对人才的引导与培养、建立面向民间投资企业的中介服务平台及利用高校良好的信誉为民间投资企业提供贷款担保等四个方面提出了相关的对策。

| Abstract: | Analyse the difficulty of financing of the scientific and technological industry; the difficulty of exciting the nongovernmental capital; the meaning of nongovernmental capital invest on the scientific and technological industry. Point out that we should guide nongovernmental capital in investing on the scientific and technological industry of the university actively. Provide the reasonable suggestion as below: making the relevant preferential policy; strengthening the guidance and cultivation to talent; Setting up the intermediary for the folk capital enterprise and using the good prestige of university to tender guarantee for loan for the folk capital enterprise. |
