| 摘 要： | 偏差值教育可谓是影响日本基础教育改革发展的最大问题。偏差值教育问题的矛盾指向集中体现于高校招生考试制度。分析偏差值教育的产生发展与高校招生考试制度的改革历程,可以窥见日本处理高校招生考试与学校教育关系的基本思路,对我国处理应试教育问题以及高考制度改革有很好的参考价值。
