美国档案学体验式教学模式研究及启示

摘    要:体验式教学模式将理论与实践深度融合,在档案学教学领域具有较大优势。美国档案学体验式教学模式包括项目模式、实习见习模式、社区服务模式、工作间模式等,通过创设问题情境、有效交流、探究实践、实践验证、效果评价等方式激发学生学习激情,培养学生综合能力,提高学生就业竞争力。我国档案学教育应结合本国实际情况,从教学理念、教学角色、课程内容、效果评估等方面进行改进和完善,以期培养出适应信息社会需求的高素质综合性的档案学人才。

Abstract:The experiential teaching mode deeply integrates theory and practice, and has a great advantage in the field of archives teaching. The experiential teaching model of American archival science includes project model, internship model, community service model, workplace model, etc. It stimulates students' passion for learning, cultivates students' comprehensive ability, and improves students' employment competitiveness through the creation of problem situations, effective communication, inquiry practice, practical verification, and effect evaluation. In accordance with the domestic situation, Chinese archives education should be improved and perfected in terms of teaching concepts, teaching roles, course content, effect evaluation, etc., to cultivate high-quality comprehensive archives talents that meet the needs of the information society.
