| 摘 要： | 文章研究智能健康手环用户不持续使用行为影响因素并构建模型,为智能健康手环技术与服务优化提供理论参考。采用质性研究方法,引入"刺激-机体-反应"(Stimulus-Organism-Response,SOR)理论,对访谈资料进行编码分析,抽取智能健康手环用户不持续使用行为影响因素,构建智能健康手环用户不持续使用行为影响因素模型。智能健康手环用户不持续使用行为主要受到平台弹性、环境刺激、认知结构和情感焦点的影响。

| Abstract: | This paper intends to clarify the factors influencing the discontinuous use of smart health bracelets,and build up a model for analyzing such factors,aiming to provide theoretical reference for the improvement of smart health bracelet industry.By means of qualitative research and in the light of the stimulation-body-reaction(SOR)theory,it makes an analytic coding of the interview materials,extracts the influencing factors of the discontinuous use of smart health bracelets,and builds up a model for further analysis.It shows that the discontinuous use of smart health bracelets is mainly influenced by such factors as platform flexibility,environmental stimuli,cognitive structure and emotional focus. |
