| 摘 要： | 大数据、人工智能、云计算、区块链、移动互联等“数智”技术全方位、多维度赋能档案治理,驱动档案治理立体化、系统性、整体式重塑。本文通过分析“数智”话语情境的全面来临和档案治理范式的数智化演进,提出从战略治理、数据治理、智慧治理、文化治理、生态治理五个维度构筑“数智”时代的档案治理路径,推动档案事业数字化数据化转型、智能化智慧化升级,增强档案治理能力,提升档案治理能级,助力档案治理现代化。

| Abstract: | Big data, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, blockchain, mobile Internet and other "digital intelligence" technologies empower archives governance in an omnibearing and multi-dimensional way, driving a three-dimensional, systematic and holistic reshaping of archives governance. By analyzing the comprehensive advent of the "digital intelligence" discourse and the digital intelligence evolution of the archives governance paradigm, this paper proposes to construct the archives governance path in the "digital intelligence" era from five dimensions: strategic governance, data governance, intelligent governance, cultural governance and ecological governance. It will not only promote the datamation and digitization transformation of archives cause,but also promote the its intelligent and wisdom upgrade.It will also enhance archives governance capacity, upgrade archives governance capabilities, and help modernize archives governance. |
