| 摘 要： | 近年来，我国名牌大学纷纷提出了创建世界一流大学的奋斗目标，努力向学科布局综合化方向发展。但是，目前我国名牌大学的学科综合化程度还不高，学院设置大多数以一级学科为基础(59％)，按学科大类设置的学院仅占31％左右；相比之下，30所世界著名大学的学院中81％按学科大类设置。同时，我国实行本科专业目录与研究生学科专业目录各自独立运行的模式，存在名称差异大、代码不统一、学科专业设置不够科学等现象。为加快我国名牌大学建设世界一流大学的步伐，我们借鉴美国学科专业目录(CIP)设置及世界著名大学学院设置的经验，提出如下建议：国家制订统一的学科专业目录，科学合理地划分学科门类，规范一级学科设置、淡化二级学科，为新兴学科和交叉学科预留发展空间；名牌大学整合院系体制，减少学院数量，提高学院设置的学科层次，按学科大类或学科群设置学院。

| Abstract: | Many top universities in China have setup their goals as world - class universities. However, the diversity of instructional programs in many Chinese top universities is not high. Colleges and schools usually cover unreasonably small number of subject fields, 59% of the colleges and schools in seven top universities are based on First - level subject fields such as chemistry, mechanical engineering. In contrast, 81% of the colleges and schools in 30 world-class universities are based on much wider subject areas such as arts and science, engineering. Furthermore, there exist different types of classification of instructional programs for undergraduate education and graduate education. This paper suggests that the government combine the two types of classification of instructional programs and top universities reorganize their college/school structure to increase the number of subject fields covered. |
