| Abstract: | The rapid rise and development of mass culture in China,has double impact on the development of youth groups.However,the social education system which responses to the negative impact of mass culture is still of deficiencies.Proceeding from the reality,it is necessary to build a social education mechanism which is valued by the family,dominated by the school,supported by the society and guaranteed by the government. |
