| 摘 要： | 网络时代机遇和挑战并存，作为先进青年的群众组织，如何在网络阵地体现先进性，发挥战斗力，是高校共青团工作面临的新课题。本文通过互联网形势的分析和教育对象特征研究，从工作模式、管理手段、教育方法、服务载体等四个方面入手，探索网络时代高校共青团工作新思路。
