| 摘 要： | 高校专职学工人员素质必须跟进形势发展的需要进行深化思考,提出新的切实有效的基本素质要求:学习经典,知书明理的理论素质;通晓大政,维护安定的政治素质;爱岗敬业,乐于奉献的思想素质;勤于学习,精通业务的职业素质;满怀爱心,谆谆善诱的仁善素质;顾全大局,豁达大度的处事素质;处变不惊,迎难而上的心理素质。

| Abstract: | Full-time student ideological and political working staffs in Universities and Colleges must deepen reflection on their quality according to situation development requirements and set a new practical and effective demand on basic quality: theoretical quality of studying classics and being educated & reasonable;political quality of understanding major politics and safeguarding stabilization;ideological quality of loving post & commitment to one's work and being happy to dedication;professional quality of being diligent in one's study and being proficient in one's professional work;kindheartedness quality of being filled with loving hearts and teaching & guiding untiringly;affairs handling quality of paying attention to the interests of the whole and being generous and open-minded;psychological quality of handling a situation without surprise and meeting difficulties head-on. |
