| 摘 要： | 高职教育在我国的发展起步较晚,其文化底蕴明显不足,高职学校文化发展必须走有高职特色的个性化之路。职业性与伦理性兼顾,科技性与人文性携手,学术氛围与企业气氛交融是高职院校学校文化个性之所在。高职院校文化发展可从其职业特性(科技性)入手向伦理特性(人文性)稳步推进。

| Abstract: | Given the late start of the Chinese vocational education,it does not enjoy a rich cultural heritage.However,the author be- lieves that it must he individual.The individuality of polytechnic culture should be based on the mixture of professionalism with ethics, science and technology with humanity,academic with corporate atmosphere.The development of the culture may be initiated by building its vocational features and enhanced to achieve its humanistic characters in the long run. |
