| 摘 要： | 示范性高职核心竞争力由人才培养力、资源整合力、示范经营力三部分组成,其形成经历了示范申报、示范建设、示范建成和示范竞争四个阶段.核心竞争力是功能力、核心能力的升级转换,是环境资源、行为过程和核心能力三要素不断整合及共同作用的结果.

| Abstract: | The core competitiveness of demonstrative higher vocational schools comprises of talent cultivation abilities,re sources integration abilities and demonstrative marketing abilities,and its formation experienced four stages including appli cation,construction,complete construction and competition.The core competitiveness is upgraded and converted from func tion abilities and core abilities,and the outcome of the common role integrating of three factors of environmental resourc es,behavior process and core abilities. |
