| 摘 要： | 随着近几年我国高校专利发明数量的快速发展,专利发明的影响因素研究也成为学者研究的重点领域。本文将运用制度理论,对高校教师专利发明的影响因素展开实证分析,结果表明:支持机制与商业化程度是影响专利发明的主要因素,而资源拥有程度与教师个人科研能力是影响专利发明的次要因素,科研文化对专利发明的数量的影响并不明显;以上各种因素对专利发明的影响是通过不同的动机作为中介实现的:个人回报对支持机制、商业化程度与专利发明结果间起到中介作用;研究支持对支持机制、资源拥有程度与专利发明结果之间起到中介作用;知识交流对资源拥有程度、个人科研能力与专利发明结果之间起到中介作用。最后,为提高高校的专利发明提出若干建议。

| Abstract: | Along with the rapid increase of the invention patents in Chinese colleges and universities,their influencing factors have become the key field of academic researches.This paper focused on the empirical analysis of these influencing factors,and verified the mediated role of the professors' motivation between the patented invention factors and results.These conclusions have certain practical and theoretical significance. |
