| 摘 要： | 园本教研作为一种自下而上的新型教研机制,特别强调教师的主动参与以及管理者自上而下所提供的管理支持机制。而目前的园本教研在上述两方面都存在严重问题,因此,有必要对以往传统的园本教研管理进行改革,以此促进教师的专业成长。如可以通过实行教研积分制、年级组长负责制、教师分层培养制等完善教研管理制度,为教师成长营造良好的环境;通过开展以案例分析为载体的教研活动,改变传统观摩课的基本范式,建构多层面、多形式的立体交叉型教研模式,转变教师的教研管理和执行观念,提升教师的教研理念与教研能力。
