| 摘 要： | 计算机的广泛应用是信息时代科研管理手段的一种变革，对实现科研管理创新，促进科研管理决策科学化，提升科研管理水平具有重大的现实意义。利用Excel重新构造科研管理系统，使科研管理工作实现实时、动态和交互，达到科研管理的微机化、信息化、网络化，可以提高科研管理效率，促进科研项目的顺利完成。
