| 摘 要： | 作为一种崭新的安全观,环境安全的出现重构了各国安全和外交战略,也使当代国际关系日渐“绿”化,环境安全成为国际社会和各国的重要战略目标是国际关系“绿”化的根本原因.生态共同性是国际关系“绿”化的自然基础。谋求人类共同环境利益的价值取向是国际关系绿化的内在动因,经济一体化与全球化是国际关系“绿”化的推动力量。国际关系的“绿”化主要表现在:国际关系的合作态势与和谐取向,环境外交的兴起,国际关系运行下机制的转变等。
