摘    要:社会建构主义理论作为国际科学教育改革的一种新的主流理论,巳成为教育界的热门话题。它对我国教师继续教育的全面实施和改革,以创新师资的培养都具有很大的启发意义。就社会建构主义学习观关于教学、学习、教师的角色、同学们的角色和学员个人的角色等五个方面的观点将进行深入的探讨,并提出适应我国教师继续教育教学改革的新观点。

Abstract:As a new mainstream theory of the reform of international science education, the theory of social constructivism, which has become a hot topic in education , is enlightening on the comprehensive reform and implement of the continuing education and the development of innovatory teachers. The paper makes a discussion from the perspective of learning of social constructivism about the following five viewpoints as the role of teaching, studying, teachers, schoolmate and students, and advances a new viewpoint of the reform of instruction and cearning on the continuing education for teachers.
