| 摘 要： | 20世纪60年代，曾一度在美国学校盛行的无年级制改革再度兴起。文章在介绍推动了美国学校无年级制改革发展的几项研究和此项改革当前实践情况的基础上，着重分析了学校无年级制改革存在的优势和风险，并为我国的教育改革提出借鉴的经验和教训。
