| 摘 要： | 日本文部科学省根据社会经济国际化的需要和英语教育的现状。在听取许多专孪学者的毒见和建议的基础上,制定了《培养“能用英语的日本人”的战略构想》,提出了在初中、高中以及大学英语教育的培养目标以及为实现该目标而采取的主要措施。

| Abstract: | According to the demand of socioeconomic internationalization and current situation of Japanese English education,Japanese Monbukagakushou established "a Conceived Strategy on Training Japanese to Communicate in English" after adopting many ideas and propositions from experts. The issue suggests the English teaching targets in primary schools, high schools and universities, and the guild-ing principles and methodologies. |
