| 摘 要： | 本研究对切花月季组织培养试管苗移栽过程中移栽基质、移栽培养液的选择以及化学方法控制污染等几个因子进行了研究,结果表明:关于移栽基质对试管苗移栽后苗情的影响,在12种移栽基质中,以蛭石基质的栽培效果最好,所有含泥碳的基质的栽培效果都不好;关于杀菌剂处理移栽基质控制杂菌污染的试验表明,用杀菌剂持续处理移栽基质控制杂菌污染比基质一次性灭菌的效果好;关于不同移栽培养液及施用方式对移栽后苗情的影响的试验表明,先用自来水培养十天后,再用的1/2MS培养液培养,是较为理想的培养方法.

| Abstract: | In this paper, medium and culture solution for transplanting rose tissue-cultured plantlets were studied. The best substratum of transplanting rose tissue-cultured plantlets is vermiculite, and comparison between using fungicide and heat treatment, the effect of using fungicide to control microbiosis is better. About culture solution of transplanting rose tissue-cultured plantlets, pure water is the best for culture plantlets in the first stage about 10 days, then 1/2M S solution is suited for culture plantlets. |
