| 摘 要： | 为了更好地了解高校实施《学生体质健康标准》状况,运用文献资料、访问调查、数理统计等方法,在对沈阳市高校实施《学生体质健康标准》管理监测、测试过程和可持续发展状况进行调查分析的基础上,得出在实施《学生体质健康标准》中存在着《标准》国家强制性实施与高校实际条件难以完成,《标准》实施与体育教师压力增加;测试仪器的质量与测试结果要求不一致三个矛盾,并提出了相应的解决对策。

| Abstract: | In order to get more information about the condition of university and college's implementation of "Standard",this article used some methods such as cultural heritage data,interview and inquisition statistics etc.to obtain the support from the foundation of the survey and analysis about the situation that how the universities and colleges in Shenyang deal with the monitor of management,the process of test and the sustaining development while carrying out the "Standard".Then,the article laid 3 problems.One is that the actual conditions in universities and colleges can't achieve the governmental task of the strict enforcement during the implementation of the "Standard";another is that practicing the "Standard" brings on extra burden to these schools and adds pressure on PE teachers;the third is the contradiction between the quality and quantity of instrumentation and acquirement of the accuracy and actual effect of the testing results.Furthermore,the article puts forward the resolutions and measures. |
