| 摘 要： | 兼职教师群体在今天的高职院校中已经是一支不可忽视的重要的师资力量。如何做好兼职教师队伍建设工作，是摆在高职院校面前的一项重要课题。本文就加强高职院校兼职教师队伍建设的必要性、兼职教师队伍建设存在的问题和解决对策等进行了研究。

| Abstract: | Part-time teacher is becoming a force group in higher learning institutions nowadays and cannot be ignored.How to build a strong team of part-time teachers is becoming more and more important in colleges.The paper studies the necessity of building a strong team of part-time teachers and existing problems in college,and finally puts forward some suggestions. |
