| 摘 要： | 推进殡葬改革以来,国家在节省资源和丧葬世俗化的旗帜下试图以行为的改造去改变村民的丧葬观念,村民却不顾丧葬观念的变化一直以火化后再葬或者偷埋等变相的土葬方式来回应。一直以来国家视角之下的传统丧葬被看作移风易俗的对象,在村民的日常实践中丧葬却是一场重要的道德仪式。从处于国家法规与习惯道德之间的利益计算的角度去解释村民的规避行为,从国家制定法没为村民提供他们能实现其利益的有效的行为方式这一方面可以去理解村民坚持土葬的原因。

Practice of Funeral Reform in the Suburban of China |

| Abstract: | Since the promotion of funeral reform,under the flag of saving resources and the secularization of Chinese traditional funeral rites,the Chinese government attempted to change villagers＇ funeral ideas through rebuild their funeral practices.But,in spite of changing funeral ideas,the villagers has been respond by evading new funeral regulations,for instance,burial after cremation or steal burial.In my dissertation,I will explain villagers＇ evasion as the balance of gain and loss who is in the state＇s regulations and moral customs,and I will explore why the villagers persist in their burial customs.The Chinese government did not provide for the villagers the effective ways that they can achieve their interests.From the state＇s sights,funeral reform belongs to transform of social traditions.But in the villager＇s standpoint,funeral is a moral ritual. |
