| 摘 要： | 村庄治理结构是影响农村社区公共物品供应的重要因素之一。不同的村庄治理结构类型在社区公共物品供给水平与方式上有着显著性差异。稳定的权威结构是农村社区公共物品供应过程中的首要前提。中国农村社区公共权威结构的转型是一个复杂的历史过程，法理型社区权威结构的建构是一个不可逆转的发展方向。理顺两委关系、乡村关系以及扩大村民参与是完善法理型社区权威结构的核心议题。

| Abstract: | The structure of village governance is one of the important factors affecting public property provisions in rural communities. There are significant differences concerning provision level and way of public property provisions among different village governance structures. Firstly, stable authority structure is the first premise of the provision process. Secondly, ＇although the process regarding authority structure transformation of China rural community is complicated, the construction of legal community authority is an irreversible process. Thirdly, the core issue of improving and perfecting legal community authority structure includes correct arrangement of relationships between the village committee and the party committee. |
