| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,浙江经济发展取得了辉煌成就。但近两年来,在国际金融危机的冲击下,浙江经济遭受重创,经济发展形势空前严峻。究其原因,主要是由粗放的经济发展模式、个体私营经济一股独大以及浙江人内向封闭的某些特征导致的。浙江经济必须率先转变经济发展方式,实现从产品的价格优势向技术优势转变、从劳动、资金密集型产业及产业集群向技术密集型产业及产业集群转变、从资源消耗、环境破坏型经济社会向着资源集约、环境友好型经济社会转变,才能走出低谷,摆脱困境。

| Abstract: | Since China adopted the reform and opening-up policy,Zhejiang province has made brilliant and remarkable achievements with the rapid growth of its economy.But in recent two years,Zhejiang＇s economy has suffered heavy losses under the worldwide spread financial crisis,the economic situation has also become unprecedentedly serious.The reasons for hindering the development of Zhejiang economy are as follow three aspects：the extensive mode of economic development,the private economy and the Export-oriented mode of economic development.Zhejiang economy must take the lead in transforming the economic development mode,achieve three fundamental changes,and provide blueprint,model and experience for the economic restructuring and Industrial upgrading of Yangtze River Delta and across the country.Thus Zhejiang economy can essentially walk out the trough and cast off the predicament. |
