| 摘 要： | 得山水气候之宜、水陆交通之便、南北物产之丰的宜宾,酿造出了绵绵飘香六百载的浓香型白酒五粮液。＂五＂既合＂尚五＂的蜀地传统;＂五粮＂又与＂五行＂＂五方＂高度吻合;来自昆仑之巅的玉液和雪域高原的圣水,水到酒成,成就了内涵丰富、意境深邃的＂五粮液＂酒名。

| Abstract: | Benefiting from the suitability of its geographical and climatic conditions,from the convenience of its transportation by both land and water,as well as from the abundance of its resources from the South and the North,Yi Bin is renowned for its production of the famous Five-Grain Liquor,whose thick and lasting aroma dates back to a tradition of 600 years.The ＂Five＂ in the name of wine Five-Grain Liquor is significant and suggestive in a number of ways： the adoration of the number of five in Sichuan＇s tradition,the concept of ＂five elements＂ that constitute the universe,and the idea of ＂five orientations＂ in traditional Chinese medicine.Owing to the subtle connotations of the number of five,and the fact that it is produced with the crystal and transparent holy water coming from the summit of the Kunlun Mountains and snow-capped plateau,the wine acquires its profoundly suggestive name of Five-Grain liquor. |
