| 摘 要： | 本文运用文献资料法、问卷法、数理统计法、访谈法和实验法,通过对2008级23个班共1200多名高职学生的问卷调查和教学实验,提出我院开展职业体能教学的改革设想与基本框架,为今后推广此项改革提供理论依据与事实参考。

| Abstract: | By using the method of literature review,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and experiment,through making investigation on 1200 students in higher vocational education college,this paper puts forward the reform idea and fundamental frame of vocational physical fitness training and provide the theory basis and fact reference for future reform of physical education. |
