| 摘 要： | 澳门在反“黑”刑事程序方面有着鲜明的特点：第一、突出对特殊证人的保护；第二、诉讼行为的不公开性；第三、对特定罪犯采取羁押措施；第四、财产的扣押。当然，澳门反“黑”程序法尚需以下完善：第一、慎用保释制度；第二、加强对普通证人的保护措施；第三、证据收集手段应当扩大。

| Abstract: | There are distinctive characteristics in Macau anti-gangdom criminal procedure law: Firstly, It is outstanding on protecting special witnesses; Secondly, the action of litigation is not exoteric; Thirdly, certain criminal should be taken custody measures; Fourthly, property should be sequestrated. Certainly, Macau anti-gangdom criminal procedure law should be perfected as follows: Firstly, mainprise system should be carefully used; Secondly, measures of protecting common witnesses should be strengthened; Thirdly, we ought to magnify the measures of collecting evidence. |
