| 摘 要： | 我国现行<劳动合同法)对劳动合同试用期的法律规制在平衡劳动者和用人单位的权利和艾务方面取得了不少进步.但仍然存在严重的缺陷.主要体现在对试用期期限、试用期工资最低标准、试用期劳动者和用人单位解除合同条件、违反试用期期限的赔偿等的娩制上.文章对这些缺陷提出了相应的完善措施.

| Abstract: | The current "Labor Contract Law" has been made a lot of progress in legal regulation of the the probation period of the labor contract to balance the rights and obligations of the workers and employers in China.But there are still serious shortcomings which are mainly embodied in the regulation on the period of probation,a minimum wage standards of the probation period of the labor contract,the conditions to terminate the contract,and the compensation for violation of probation period.The paper puts forward... |
