| 摘 要： | 依托仲裁本座论，将在线仲裁裁决的承认与执行纳入《纽约公约》执行体制，是仲裁制度因应电子商务争议解决的需要发展在线仲裁的必然选择，也是网络时代各国继续通过《纽约公约》在仲裁领域开展国际合作的根本出路。我国作为《纽约公约》的成员国，无疑也应在该体制下解决在线仲裁裁决的承认与执行问题。
