| 摘 要： | 档案工作与“两个明”建设的关系既是一个理论问题，也是一个实践问题，在理论上它是探索档案工作如何伴随人类“两个明”的建设而产生和发展的规律，在实践上它是探讨档案工作发挥反馈作用，为人类“两个明”建设服务，档案工作伴随人类“两个明”而存在、两发展、是人类明的象征，要使档案工作更好地在“两个明”建设中发挥作用，必须实现思想观念上的五个转变。

| Abstract: | The relation between the archives' work and the construction of the material and spiritual civilization is not only a question of theory, but also a question of practice.In theory,the archives'work tries to find out the regularity of how the archives come into being and develop accompanying the development of the material and spiritual civilization of the mankind.In practice,the archives' work tries to find out how the archives' work plays the feedback role of serving the material and spiritual civilization.The archives' work exists and develops accompanying the material and spiritual civilization of the mankind and it is the symbol of the mankind civilization.If we want the archives' work to play the better role in the construction of the material and spiritual civilization,we must realize 5 ideological changes. |
