| 摘 要： | 采用比较法和文献法,对中日两国培养体育后备人才的思想观念、管理体制、培养路径进行了比较。认为我国必须走出竞技体育和学校体育划分界限的误区,以学校为依托,教育放在首位,逐步实现由政府管理型向混合型转变,扩大社会对培养体育后备人才的参与和支持,加大体教结合力度,建立二者互惠共生系统。
