| 摘 要： | 以黑龙江省普通高校学生的体质健康水平现状为研究的切入点,以学生体质健康评价体系中的身体形态、身体机能、身体素质等各项指标的测试数据与国家颁布的指标进行对比分析,对黑龙江省普通高校学生体质健康水平进行全面分析研究.旨在为该地区大学生体质健康水平的提高和学校体育教学改革提供依据.为相关部门进一步促进学生体质健康水平的研究工作提供建议.

| Abstract: | Taking physical health of the colleges' students in Heilongjiang province as the research point,the atuthors conducted a comprehensive analysis bewtwen test data of student physique health evaluation system in body shape,physical function and the physical quality by the state indexes.The aim is to provide the basis for PE teaching reform and raising students' physical health in this area,and also provide referential suggestions for relevant departments to further promote students' physical health level. |
