| 摘 要： | 鸦片战争前后，耆英对西方先进的军事装备技术、基督教文化与医疗以及中西的通商贸易等有了新的了解。这些对西方新的认识，是指导其对外交涉的思想前提，也直接影响着当时清政府外交方针政策：诸如“力持和局”、基督教弛禁及“以商制夷”等等。

| Abstract: | After the Opium War （1840） Qi Ying got the new revelation about the technology of the advanced military equipment, the Christian culture and medical care and Sino-western world business. The above-said revelation was the premise of diplomatic negotiation, and gave the direct impact to the then foreign policy of the Qing Dynasty （1644-1911） such as ＂maintenance of peaceful situation＂, ＂opening to the Christian culture＂ and ＂promoting business to control the foreign armed invasion＂ etc. |
