| 摘 要： | 武术教学是体育教育专业的必修课程,针对普通院校武术专业教学所面临的课时少、内容多、学生武术功底差的难题,文章运用生理、解剖及训练学等方面的有关知识对武术动作教学中的教学顺序以及教学特征进行了分析,提出了相应的见解及方法,旨在为武术动作教学提供理论依据和操作方法。

| Abstract: | Wushu teaching is a compulsory course of P.E.specialty.According to the problems existing in the specialty in common colleges and universities,such as having less teaching time,more teaching content,and students' poor study basis,etc.,using physiological knowledge,anatomy knowledge and training science,the paper analyzes the teaching order and teaching features of Wushu,and offers some relevant suggestions and opinions in order to help the Wushu teaching theory and training development. |
