| 摘 要： | 河南信阳是大别山红色旅游区的主要组成部分，其红色旅游资源十分丰富，但红色旅游的规划开发较晚，在开发过程中应该整合资源、总体规划，多点互动、多彩生辉，加强合作、区域联动，转变机制、优化管理，大力开发、注重保护。做好宣传、深化推广。

| Abstract: | Henan Xinyang is the main part of the Dabie Mountain red tourist zone, it has very rich tourist resources, but the red tourism planning development is later.We should integrate resources and overall planning, more interaction and colorful globe as tall, strengthen cooperation and regional authorities, change mechanisms and optimizing management, vigorously develop and focus on protection, positive publicity and deepening promotion in the development process. |
