| 摘 要： | 要对企业自主创新能力作较深入的探讨和研究,就必须首先讨论其形成过程,这是正确理解自主创新及其可行性的前提和基础。从企业自主创新的定义出发,分析了企业自主创新能力的形成条件、形成过程,认为企业自主创新能力的形成是各种因素(包括企业外部的、内部的因素)综合作用的结果。

| Abstract: | For deep exploration and research on the enterprises independent innovation ability,the formation of the ability must be firstly discussed.The discussion is taken as the premise and foundation for understanding the independent innovation and its feasibility.From the definition of independent innovation,the processes and conditions to form enterprise innovation capability are analyzed.It is concluded that the formation of enterprise capability of independent innovation results from comprehensive affection of various external and internal factors. |
