| Abstract: | Language and culture are closely connected. Language reflects culture, and culture has influence on language. Learning a language, in fact, is inseparable from learning its culture. It is necessary to apply English and Chinese culture to the vocational college English teaching. Teaching cultural knowledge can attract students interest, strengthen students language application capability, and improve students national culture level. This paper mainly analyzes the importance of English and Chinese culture in the vocational college English teaching according to English teaching practice. |
