| 摘 要： | 随着当前国际生产一体化和经济全球化的进程加快，国际直接投资的重要性日渐显现，中国企业有必要也有可能在国内产业结构调整之际利用政府提出的各种经济和政策援助，大力发展对外直接投资，注重对外直接投资的策略选择对于完善投资活动无疑是至关重要的。

| Abstract: | The importance of foreign direct investment is obvious as the quick improvement of produetion integration and economic globalization. It is very necessary and possible that Chinese corporations expand FDI by utilizing all kinds of aids in economy and policy from the government at the time of industrial adjustment. It is no doubt that the strategy selection is a vital factor for perfecting foreign direct investment. |
