| 摘 要： | 在社会主义市场经济发展的新时期，加强公民职业道德建设具有重大意义。按照《公民道德实施纲要》要求图书馆员应该热爱本职工作，树立全心全意为读者服务的观念，有良好的服务态度和高尚的职业道德行为，努力提高职业技能和业务水平。

| Abstract: | In the new period of development of socialist market economy, it has great meanings to strengthen professional ethics of citizen. According to Realization of Compendium of Citizen Morals. Librarian namely worker of book information should have deep love for own career, establish the idea of serving reader wholeheartedly. Moreover, librarian should have good attitude of serving and noble professional moral behavior. Finally, librarian should make great efforts to improve professional skill and vocational level. |
