| 摘 要： | 教师职业伴随着教育的诞生、发展不断发生变革 ,从经验化、随意化到专业化 ,经历了一个发展的过程。教师职业专业化决定了教师职业训练的专业化。教师职业训练的内容应包括 :专业理想、专业态度、专业知识、专业技能、专业品质。
