摘    要:深刻认识不同性质的运动负荷具有不同的特点和作用,能有效提高训练效果。通过实践经验和相关信息的论证,指出应抓住运动项目、运动员的特点,在不同的训练阶段、训练时期,根据训练任务目标、训练方法、运动员机体适应性,以及训练方法发展创新的需要等,有针对性、创造性地选择采用不同性质的运动负荷。不同运动项目的运动负荷量与负荷强度的共性规律和个性特点,值得相互借鉴。

Abstract:Deeply understanding exercise load of different properties has different characteristics and func- tions, can effectively improve training effects. With the demonstration of practical experience and informa- tion, this paper points out that we should grasp the characteristics of sports and athletes, in different periods and stages of training, according to the training tasks and goals, training methods, body adaptability of ath- letes and the needs of development and innovation of training methods, creatively make pointed references to choose exercise load of different properties. And the common regularities and characteristics of exercise load quantity and load intensity of different sports are worth referencing each other.
