| 摘 要： | 以扬州市汤汪污水处理厂一期工程项目建设实施财务管理的实践表明：在污水处理项目建设中，建立项目法人治理的现代企业管理制度，培养高素质的财务管理人员，建立完善的财务管理制度，实施内部控制与内、外部的审计监督等，对发挥财务的管理和监督职能，确保污水处理项目建设的顺利完成起到了关键的作用。

| Abstract: | On the basis of the practice of financial management of the first phase of the sewage disposal construction project in Yangzhou Tangwang Sewage Plant, the author hereby makes a preliminary inquiry into how to carry out the financial control of sewage disposal construction. It shows that we must establish the modern enterprise management system administered by the legal entity, train financial staff of high quality, build up complete financial management system and implement the interior control and auditing supervision of interior and exterior so that we can give full play to the function of financial management and supervision, and ensure the successful completion of sewage disposal construction. |
