高校高学历专职教学管理人员职业倦怠成因及人文关照

摘    要:高校高学历专职教学管理人员往往容易产生职业倦怠.究其原因主要有职业认同感低,晋升机会少,待遇偏低.考核机制不健全以及繁琐的日常事务和过大的工作压力.根据这些问题.提出人尽其才,合理安排工作岗位,建立科学合理的评价体系.提高待遇.创造有助于发挥潜能的培训机会以及营造和谐的工作氛围等人文关照策略.以期转变其职业倦怠的情绪.保证高校教学管理工作的高效运转.
