| 摘 要： | 本文分析了假冒伪劣产品产生的原因，主要是社会信用度缺失，信息不对称及地方保护主义，新旧体制转型期的“制度缺陷”而导致的。提出整治假冒伪劣产品必须重建社会信用制度，完善和强化法律法规体系。

| Abstract: | This article deals with the causes and effects of counterfeits or the ones with low and bad quality to our society. The writer maintains that their emergence is the result of lack of social credit, unavailable information,local protection and shortcomings of rules and regulations in the reformation of the old systems, then puts it forth that we must rebuild social credit, fulfill and strengthen the legal system. |
