| 摘 要： | 从建立创新人才培养基地地重要意义出发,研究创新人才和创新基地相互促进发展的辩证关系,按照培养创新人才的需要和创新活动过程的规律,建设综合性的大学生创新实践基地,构建创新教育与实践教学体系,进一步深化高等工程教育改革,提出了培养创新人才的具体流程和措施。
