| 摘 要： | 现代高校图书馆管理的原则围绕着"以人为本"的"人本管理"原则,使图书馆的工作日趋制度化、规范化、科学化。针对当前高校图书馆管理现状存在的管理体制缺失、现代化服务缺位等问题,提出了管理创新措施,包括管理创新、服务创新、制度创新和素质创新,以期使图书馆更好地发挥其教育和服务职能,为高校的教学科研提供更高质量的服务。
