| 摘 要： | 为保证旅游英语专业培养高端技能型专门人才,我们在教学中采取了"2+1"人才培养模式。通过加强校企结合、更新课程设置、培养双师型师资队伍、加强学生管理及改革考核办法等措施确保"2+1"人才培养模式落实。通过二年的实践,充分利用了社会资源、转变了教师的教学观念和学生的学习方式,有效的促进学生的学习和就业。

| Abstract: | In order to achieve the goal of higher vocational education,the talent training model of English Tourism Major of our college is shifted to professional "2+1"model from the traditional one by enhancing the cooperation with some enterprises,optimizing the curriculum program,training instructor-engineer teachers,and improving students management and evaluation methods.Some good effects have been achieved by these reforms in the aspects of employment rate of the gradates,the teachers’ teaching concept and the students’ learning concept. |
